Work packages

The Distribution Cert 2 - project consists of 10 work packages. A big difference in the practical work between this project and the preceding Distribution Cert 1 - project is that all the products developed at theory level in the first project will now be “piloted”, in other words tested in practice in the follow-up project. The aim is to make sure that the products will also function in practice in the customer interface. Feedback will be needed to make sure that they correspond to the needs and requirements of both users and the labor market. In simple terms this means that the theory base which is created in the DC 1 - project will be transformed to tested practices in the DC 2 - project.

The work packages are as follows:

  1. Co-ordination, management and administration
  2. Transfer of the results of Distribution Cert 1 - project to Lithuania
  3. Training program for trainers
  4. Full scale pilot training in Finland
  5. Full scale pilot training in Estonia
  6. Full scale pilot training in Latvia
  7. Full scale pilot training in Lithuania
  8. Development of multi-national practices for competence-based qualifications and ensuring its correlation to labor market
  9. Dissemination and exploitation of results
  10. Development of co-operation network
